Rho GDIα Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Rho GDIα in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Rho GDIα, also known as ARHGDIA or GDIA1, is a crucial 204 amino acid protein that plays a significant role in regulating Rho GTPases, which are essential for various cellular processes, including cell proliferation and cytoskeletal dynamics.
