p-MEK-3/6 Antibody (B-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects phosphorylated forms of MEK-3 and MEK-6 at Ser 189 and Ser 207 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). p-MEK-3/6 (B-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates, providing versatility for different experimental needs. MEK-3, also known as MKK-3, plays a crucial role in activating p38 MAP kinase pathway, which is essential for cellular responses to stress and inflammation. MEK-3 is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where MEK-3 acts as a key mediator in signal transduction pathways that regulate cell growth, differentiation, and survival.
