Hello I have question about product SC372 and SC8008. I heard that NFκB p65 (C-20) has been discontinued and replaced by NFκB p65 (F-6): sc-8008. What is difference between two products. please let me know 2 kinds of products difference specifically.

Why don't you manufacturing this antibody? I search the NCBI to find the p65 chip-seq data, and I found most labs use this antibody to do p65 chip sequence. This is a very good antibody, I want to use it for my chip-seq experiment but I can't get it now

Does this antibody (sc-372) target the phosphorylated form of Nkb-65?

It will detect the phosphorylated protein as well as the non-phosphorylated protein, whichever is present in the sample. Thank you for your question. We recommend using the antibody at a starting dilution of 1:50 (range of 1:50-1:500) for IF.

Thank you for your question Sequence analysis shows high homology between the immunogen sequence that this antibody was raised against and the target sequence of, for instance, Macaca fascicularis. Therefore, it may be likely that the antibody will work for your purpose.
