MARCH6 Antibody (1A5) is a high quality monoclonal MARCH6 antibody (also designated MARCH6 antibody) suitable for the detection of the MARCH6 protein of mouse, rat and human origin. MARCH6 Antibody (1A5) is available as the non-conjugated anti-MARCH6 antibody. Ubiquitination is an important mechanism through which three classes of enzymes act in concert to target short-lived or abnormal proteins for destruction. The three classes of enzymes involved in ubiquitination are the ubiquitin-activating enzymes (E1s), the ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes (E2s) and the ubiquitin-protein ligases (E3s). MARCH6 (membrane-associated ring finger (C3HC4) 6), also known as RNF176 or TEB4, is a 910 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein that localizes to the endoplasmic reticulum and contains one RING-CH-type zinc finger. Expressed in brain tissue, MARCH6 functions as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that accepts a ubiquitin residue from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme and transfers that ubiquitin residue to target proteins. MARCH6 exists as multiple alternative spliced isoforms and is subject to auto-ubiquitination, an event which results in its proteasomal degradation.

For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with MARCH6 (1A5): sc-517051 antibody?
