    SEE ALSO...

Integrin αL Antibody (CRIS-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects Integrin αL in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). Integrin αL, also called CD11a, is a crucial component of the immune system, primarily expressed on leukocytes, where anti-Integrin αL antibody (CRIS-3) plays a vital role in mediating cell adhesion and migration. Integrin αL is essential for the immune response, as Integrin αL facilitates the interaction between leukocytes and other cells, including endothelial cells, during inflammation and immune surveillance. The structure of Integrin αL, which consists of a large extracellular domain, a single transmembrane domain, and a short cytoplasmic tail, allows for the binding of various ligands, such as intercellular adhesion molecules (ICAMs). This binding is critical for leukocyte trafficking to sites of infection or injury, thereby influencing the overall effectiveness of the immune response. Integrin αL monoclonal antibody (CRIS-3) is an invaluable tool for researchers studying immune cell behavior, signaling pathways, and the mechanisms underlying various inflammatory diseases.

How can Integrin αL (CRIS-3): sc-59741 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

    Asked by: cjMara
In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-59741 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-59741 FITC).
