GP-AMC, Fluorogenic Substrate is a substrate with an excitation at 380 nm and emission at 460 nm. The substrate has been used to study the activity of CD26 (DPIV and DPPIV), DPP7 (DPPII/VII) , DPRP1 (DPP8), DPRP2 (DPP9), FAP (fibroblast activation protein), and POP/PREP. The compound has been used in a peptide assay where the release of AMC was monitored as well as in in vitro inhibtior screening.
