Diethyl Stilbestrol β-D-Glucuronide is a fosfestrol metabolite and non-steroidal estrogen. It binds to and activates the estrogen receptor (ER), which leads to the expression of genes that are involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. It also activates other signaling pathways, including the MAPK/ERK and PI3K/AKT pathways, which are involved in cell proliferation, survival, and migration. In addition, Diethyl Stilbestrol beta-D-Glucuronide may act to increase the production of inflammatory cytokines and to modulate the activity of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis.
