SEE ALSO...

Cdc25B Antibody (DCS-162) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects human Cdc25B through immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-Cdc25B antibody (DCS-162) is available in non-conjugated form and conjugated to agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® dyes. Cdc25B functions as a phosphatase that dephosphorylates and activates cyclin-dependent kinase Cdc2, playing a crucial role in cell cycle regulation during G2 to mitosis transition. Proper activation of Cdc2 ensures timely and controlled cell division. Dysregulation of Cdc25B can promote uncontrolled cell proliferation and contribute to various cancers, making Cdc25B an important therapeutic target. Cdc25B contains a conserved catalytic domain essential for phosphatase activity and undergoes complex regulation through phosphorylation and protein-protein interactions, highlighting Cdc25B′s importance in cell cycle control.
