CD21 Antibody (A-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects CD21 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-CD21 antibody (A-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CD21, also known as complement receptor type 2, is a type I integral membrane glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in the immune system by serving as a receptor for the C3d complement fragment and the Epstein-Barr virus.
