Der PGE Synthase Antikörper (A-3) ist ein monoklonaler Maus IgG1 κ PGE Synthase Antikörper (auch als PGE Synthase Antikörper bezeichnet), der das PGE Synthase Protein menschlichen Ursprungs mittels WB, IP, IF, IHC (P) und ELISA detektiert. Der PGE Synthase Antikörper (A-3) ist sowohl in nicht konjugierter Form als auch in mehreren konjugierten Formen des PGE Synthase Antikörpers erhältlich, darunter Agarose, HRP, PE, FITC und mehrere Alexa Fluor® Konjugate. Prostaglandin E Synthase (PGE Synthase), auch als PIG12 und MGST1-L1 bekannt, ist ein Mitglied der Protein-Superfamilie MAPEG, die aus membrangebundenen Proteinen besteht, die an der Eicosanoid- und Glutathion-Metabolismus beteiligt sind. Die Expression dieses membrangebundenen Proteins kann durch das proinflammatorische Zytokin IL-1b induziert werden. PGE Synthase wird in Samenblasen, Deferent-Duktus, Niere, Herz und Milz exprimiert. Die Enzymaktivität von PGE Synthase in den meisten Organen ist glutathionabhängig. PGE Synthase kann eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Progression der Alzheimer-Krankheit spielen. Humanes PGE Synthase ist auf Chromosom 9q34 lokalisiert.
