Integrin αV/β5 Antibody (P1F6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody designed to target the integrin αV and β5 subunits, also known as CD51 and CD61 respectively. Anti-Integrin αV/β5 antibody (P1F6) is raised against UCLA P3 cells of human origin and is recommended for the detection of Integrin αV and Integrin β5 in mouse, rat, and human samples using immunoprecipitation (IP) and immunofluorescence (IF) techniques. Integrin αVβ5, a heterodimeric protein, plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, migration, and signaling by interacting with extracellular matrix proteins such as vitronectin, fibronectin, and osteopontin.
