Integrin α6 Antibody (1.BB.460) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody raised against the SW1222 colorectal cell line of human origin. Anti-Integrin α6 antibody (1.BB.460) recognizes Integrin α6 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). Integrin α6, also known as CD49f, is a transmembrane glycoprotein that pairs with β1 or β4 integrin subunits to form receptors for laminin, a major component of the basement membrane. By mediating cell adhesion to the extracellular matrix, Integrin α6 plays a critical role in cellular processes such as proliferation, migration, differentiation, and survival.
