    Extrazellulärer Matrix Metalloproteinase Induktor (EMMPRIN), auch als Basigin oder CD147 bezeichnet, ist an der Regulation der Matrix-Remodellierung an der Epidermis-Dermis-Schnittstelle beteiligt. EMMPRIN stimuliert die Produktion von Interstitieller Kollagenase, Gelatinase A, Stromelysin-1 und verschiedenen Metalloproteinasen (MMPs) durch Fibroblasten. Diese Enzyme, die typischerweise während des Gewebedegradations und der Wundheilung erhöht sind, sind wichtige Faktoren bei der Krebsinvasion und Metastasierung.

To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent,we recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody.
