    SEE ALSO...

Elf-1 Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a light chain antibody that detects Elf-1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Elf-1 is a crucial member of the Ets family of transcription factors, which play significant roles in regulating gene expression during various cellular processes, particularly in the immune system. Elf-1 is primarily located in the nucleus, where anti-Elf-1 antibody (D-4) can detect specific DNA sequence binding that modulates the transcription of target genes, including those involved in T cell activation. This nuclear localization is vital as Elf-1 interacts with other transcriptional regulators and chromatin remodeling complexes, thereby influencing the expression of genes necessary for immune responses. Additionally, Elf-1′s ability to bind to the retinoblastoma protein (Rb) highlights a role in cell cycle regulation and tumor suppression, making Elf-1 an important factor in both normal cellular function and oncogenesis. With diverse applications and critical biological functions, Elf-1 (D-4) antibody serves as an essential tool for researchers studying gene regulation and immune responses.
