SEE ALSO...

CYP2B10 Antibody (9.14) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects CYP2B10 protein of mouse origin and CYP2B1 and CYP2B2 proteins of rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-CYP2B10 antibody (9.14) is available as a non-conjugated format. CYP2B10 is a member of the cytochrome P450 superfamily, which plays a crucial role in metabolizing various endogenous and exogenous compounds, including drugs and fatty acids. CYP2B10 monoclonal antibody (9.14) recognizes a protein involved in the oxidative metabolism of several therapeutic agents, contributing to their activation or detoxification. CYP2B10 is predominantly expressed in the liver, where CYP2B10 participates in xenobiotic biotransformation, influencing drug efficacy and toxicity. Liver localization of CYP2B10 serves as a primary site for drug metabolism, impacting pharmacokinetics and overall therapeutic outcomes. Understanding CYP2B10 function and expression is essential for drug development and personalized medicine, as variations in CYP2B10 activity can lead to significant differences in drug response among individuals.
