Datasheets
  • ARL9 Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgM κ ARL9 antibody provided at 200 µg/ml
  • specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 51-78 within an internal region of ARL9 of mouse origin
  • recommended for detection of ARL9 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA
  • m-IgGκ BP-HRP is the preferred secondary detection reagent for ARL9 Antibody (G-10) for WB applications. This reagent is now offered in a bundle with ARL9 Antibody (G-10) (see ordering information below). For additional m-IgGκ BP conjugates see our complete list of Mouse IgG Binding Proteins.

    SEE ALSO...

ARL9 Antibody (G-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects ARL9 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ARL9 antibody (G-10) is available as the non-conjugated form. ARL9, also known as ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 9, is a 187 amino acid protein that plays a crucial role in cellular processes by regulating vesicular trafficking pathways. ARL9 is part of the RAS superfamily of regulatory GTPases and is characterized by a conserved interswitch toggle, which positions ARL9 evolutionarily closer to the Arf family of proteins. Proper functioning of ARL9 is vital for the activation of phospholipase D, an enzyme involved in lipid signaling and membrane dynamics, which are essential for various cellular functions, including secretion and endocytosis. ARL9 gene is located on chromosome 4q12 in humans and 5 C3.3 in mice, highlighting evolutionary conservation across species. Through interactions with other proteins involved in vesicular transport, ARL9 is an important target for studies related to cellular communication and trafficking, making ARL9 (G-10) antibody a valuable tool for researchers investigating these critical biological processes.
