    SEE ALSO...

Aiolos Antibody (G-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Aiolos in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Aiolos, also known as zinc finger protein Ikaros 3 or ZNFN1A3, is a crucial 509 amino acid nuclear protein that plays a significant role in lymphocyte differentiation, making Aiolos vital for proper immune function. Aiolos (G-5) antibody helps researchers study how Aiolos influences immune cell development, with mutations in Aiolos being linked to leukemogenesis, highlighting its relevance in cancer research. Predominantly expressed in the spleen, thymus, and peripheral blood leukocytes, Aiolos contains six C2H2-type zinc fingers, a structural motif essential for DNA binding and protein-protein interactions. These zinc fingers allow Aiolos to form homodimers and heterodimers with other Ikaros family members, such as Ikaros, Eos, and Pegasus, thereby coordinating complex transcriptional regulation in response to signaling events like T-cell activation. Anti-Aiolos antibody (G-5) serves as an invaluable tool for researchers studying immune cell differentiation and the molecular mechanisms underlying hematological malignancies.
