ROM-K CRISPR Plasmide
Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Inc. bietet eine Vielzahl von Produkten zur Editierung von Genen an einschließlich CRISPR/Cas9 Knockout und CRISPR Double Nickase Plasmide für das Gen Silencing. ROM-K Gen Silencer sind erhältlich als ROM-K CRISPR/Cas9 Knockout Plasmide und ROM-K Double Nickase Plasmide. ROM-K CRISPR/dCas9 Aktivierungsplasmide und CRISPR Lenti Aktivierungssysteme für die Aktivierung von Genen sind ebenfalls erhältlich. Gen Silencer und Aktivatoren sind äußerst hilfreich bei der Untersuchung von Genen in Kombination mit den Antikörpern zur Detektion entsprechender Proteine.
