Sox-7 Activators

The Sox-7 Activators class of chemicals comprises compounds that are capable of indirectly influencing the activity of the Sox-7 protein through their interaction with the Wnt/β-catenin and Notch signaling pathways. These chemicals include gamma-secretase inhibitors such as DAPT and DBZ, which block Notch signaling, leading to increased Sox-7 expression. These compounds stabilize Axin, a component of the β-catenin destruction complex, leading to the degradation of β-catenin.
