POGZ Activators

POGZ Activators comprise a selection of chemical compounds that indirectly enhance the functional activity of POGZ by modulating various signaling pathways and altering the chromatin landscape. Compounds such as Forskolin, 8-Br-cAMP, IBMX, and Rolipram upregulate intracellular cAMP levels, which can activate PKA, a kinase that may phosphorylate POGZ or associated proteins, thereby influencing POGZ's role in chromatin remodeling and gene expression regulation.
