NALP10 Inhibitors

NALP10 inhibitors encompasses a variety of chemicals primarily focused on modulating key signaling pathways and cellular processes linked to the activity of NALP10. These inhibitors do not directly target NALP10 but exert their effects by influencing pathways that are crucial for the activation or function of NALP10. For instance, many of these compounds, such as Parthenolide, Bay 11-7082, JSH-23, Sulforaphane, and PDTC, function by inhibiting the NF-κB pathway, a critical regulator of immune and inflammatory responses.
