Chemical activators of murinoglobulin 1 can initiate a series of intracellular events that lead to its functional activation through various signaling pathways. Phosphatidic Acid, as a lipid second messenger, can activate the mTOR signaling pathway, which may result in the activation of downstream proteins, including murinoglobulin 1. The activity of murinoglobulin 1 can also be influenced by the allosteric modulation of protein conformations by zinc ions, and the activation of PKC by sphingosine, which can lead to phosphorylation-dependent activation of murinoglobulin 1.
