Histone H1 Activators

Histone H1 Activators is a class of chemical compounds designed to upregulate or stabilize the expression of Histone H1 proteins. Histone H1 is often termed the "linker histone" because it binds to the nucleosome and the "linker DNA" between nucleosomes, facilitating the compaction of chromatin into higher-order structures.
