DNPEP Activators

DNPEP activators encompass a diverse range of chemicals that can engage with the aspartyl aminopeptidase, leading to its enhanced function. Forskolin, a compound that raises the levels of the intracellular messenger cAMP, and PMA, which activates protein kinase C, serve as indirect modulators of DNPEP. Their influence on signaling pathways might have downstream effects that converge on DNPEP activity.
