ARL5B Activators

ARL5B (ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 5B) is part of the ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF) family of proteins. These proteins are small GTPases that play crucial roles in various cellular processes, particularly in membrane trafficking and cytoskeletal dynamics. GTPases, including ARL5B, function as molecular switches. Their activities are dependent on their bound nucleotide: they are active when bound to GTP and inactive when bound to GDP.
