YIPF3 Antibody (E-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects YIPF3 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-YIPF3 antibody (E-6) is available as the non-conjugated form. The YIP1 family, to which YIPF3 belongs, consists of small membrane proteins that interact with Rab GTPases, playing a crucial role in membrane trafficking and vesicle biogenesis. YIPF3, also known as KLIP1 or FinGER3, is a 350 amino acid cytoplasmic and multi-pass membrane protein that is particularly important in hematopoiesis, as YIPF3 is expressed in fetal liver and by nucleated hematopoietic cells.
