TRB-3抗体（D-4）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆TRB-3抗体（也被称为Tribbles伪激酶3抗体、TRB3抗体、P65相互作用抑制剂NF-Kappa-B抗体、Tribbles同源物3抗体、C20orf97抗体、SKIP3抗体、NIPK抗体、SINK抗体、神经元细胞死亡诱导假定激酶抗体、P65相互作用抑制剂NF-KappaB抗体、染色体20开放阅读框97抗体或Tribbles同源物3（果蝇）抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的TRB-3蛋白。TRB-3抗体（D-4）既有非偶联抗TRB-3抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗TRB-3抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。TRB-3（tribbles 3），也被称为NIPK（神经元细胞死亡诱导蛋白激酶），通过直接结合Akt激酶并阻止其激活来破坏胰岛素信号传导。TRB3与ATF4结合，抑制其转录激活活性，并调节MAP激酶的激活。在肝脏中，TRB-3是PPAR-alpha的靶标。与野生型小鼠相比，糖尿病小鼠肝脏中TRB3 RNA和蛋白的含量更高。TRB3导致具有2型糖尿病易感性的个体产生胰岛素抵抗。TRB-3在肝脏、胰腺、外周血白细胞和骨髓中的表达量最高。

I am using TRB-3 (D-4): sc-365842 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Antibody performed very well in Western BlotThis is the first time experience with TRB-3 and was a sample test from Santa Cruz. This marker was used in Human muscle and adipose tissue that is part of a Diabetes study in conjunction with the TXNIP pathway. The antibody performed very well in a Western Blot application and yielded a product size of 45kDa as indicated by the company. One band was present with a fairly clean signal.
