TM抗体(H-11)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆TM抗体(也称为血栓调节蛋白抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的血栓调节蛋白。TM抗体(H-11)既有非偶联抗TM抗体形式,也有多种偶联形式的抗TM抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。血栓调节蛋白(TM),也称为CD141,是内皮细胞特有的I型膜受体。TM具有富含半胱氨酸的细胞外结构域,包含六个EGF样区域。它与凝血酶形成复合物,激活蛋白C生成活化的蛋白C(APC),这是一种抗凝酶。APC与蛋白S一起通过使因子Va和VIIIa失活来抑制凝血。TM基因的缺失会导致小鼠胚胎致死。

仅限研究使用。不适用于诊断和治疗用途。

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good antibody, but background on plasmacellsThe staining is good, but I’ve experienced a strong background on plasmacells. The best dilution is 1:400 using as antigen retrival the EDTA buffer pH 8.0 for IHC on FFPE (40’ at 98°C)
