Thank you for your question. The TIP60 CRISPR KO Plasmids and Activation products utilize gene-specific guide RNA's (gRNA's) that are species-specific for either human, or mouse. Because the gRNA's need to be very specific to the TIP60 genes to function, we would not recommend using the human product for mouse cells, or vice-versa.
