Unfortunately, we do not have any data supporting use of any of our Thy-1 antibodies in cat tissues. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not so good in the tested conditionsTested in western blot on lysate of MSCs isolated from endometrial decidual tissue. Tests were run at 1:1000 dilution in PBS + 0.05% tween-20 + 1% fat-free milk. Using the very same concentration and conditions, antibodies from other companies gave strong signal between 20 and 37 kDa. With this one, we could barely detect some faint bands. 1:500 or 1:250 dilution is suggested instead of 1:1000.
