SDF-1 Antibody (F-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects SDF-1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). SDF-1 (F-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. SDF-1, also known as CXCL12, plays a crucial role in the immune response by acting as a potent chemoattractant for T cells and monocytes, facilitating their migration to sites of inflammation or injury. This function is vital for maintaining immune surveillance and tissue repair, as SDF-1 helps guide these immune cells to areas where they are needed most.
