Can sc-52950: RANKL (12A668) monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-52950: RANKL (12A668) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor staining in IHCI've tried this antibody on human FFPE from tonsil and ileum specimens and a cell block of T cells. Poor staining in the tonsil (I don't understand if specific or not, stain is cytoplasmic), no staining in ileum but membrane staining on T cells using microwave as antigen retrival with EDTA buffer pH 8.0 and dilution of 1:150
