Is it possible to use the Rab 5 Antibody (D-11) for double staining if my other primary antibody was also raised in mice?

Yes, it is possible. For cases like this, we recommend using our directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibodies. Currently, the Rab 5 Antibody (D-11): sc-46692 is available conjugated to HRP (sc-46692 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-46692 PE), fluoroscein (sc-46692 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-46692 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-46692 AF647).
