    PACSIN2抗体（F-12）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆PACSIN2抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的PACSIN2蛋白。PACSIN2抗体（F-12）既可以是非偶联的抗PACSIN2抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗PACSIN2抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。PACSINs是细胞质衔接蛋白家族的成员，具有保守的C端蛋白质结合SH3结构域和CDC15-NT结构域。与PACSIN1相关的蛋白质包括syndapin 1（PACSIN1的大鼠同源物）、FAP52、EM13和PSTPIP，这些蛋白质似乎都参与与细胞骨架组织相关的信号通路。PACSIN1的表达仅限于终末分化的神经组织，而PACSIN2则广泛表达。PACSIN2呈囊泡状分布，可能参与调节内吞过程。
