Thank you for your question. sc-584 p300 (N-15) has not been validated for flow cytometry . We recommend the antibody for WB, IP, PAR, ELISA.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for WB, IP, and CHIPWe have used the antibody to do WB, IP, and CHIP with MCF7 cells, and it worked well. In WB, the band at the expected size was not so strong. That might be due to the fact that the p300 levels in cells are normally not high.
