p-FAK抗体（A-12）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆p-FAK抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Ser 722磷酸化FAK。p-FAK抗体（A-12）既可作为非共轭的抗p-FAK抗体形式提供，也可作为多种共轭形式的抗p-FAK抗体提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。真核细胞细胞外基质（ECM）中整合素的激活促进膜粘附复合物的形成，称为粘着斑，其中可包括细胞骨架蛋白和蛋白质酪氨酸激酶，如粘着斑激酶（FAK）。粘着斑内发生的磷酸化事件影响许多过程，包括有丝分裂信号传导、细胞存活和细胞运动。FAK是一种非受体酪氨酸激酶，在物种之间普遍表达且高度保守。FAK被整合素簇招募，并根据粘着斑中存在的效应分子进行不同的磷酸化。在血清饥饿、接触抑制和细胞周期阻滞等所有条件下，FAK Tyr 397的磷酸化水平均降低，而在这些条件下，激活FAK Tyr 407的磷酸化水平则增加。
