Rated 5 out of 5 by from goodI ran this protein for the first time, and it was still in the groping phase, including molecular weight and various conditions. It was found that the molecular weight was similar to that recommended in the prospectus. Finally, the exposed strip showed the development of the protein. However, the background of the strip is not very clean and fuzzy. It is not clear whether the condition of my experiment is not good or that the specificity of the antibody is not very good. It remains to be determined by further experiments.
