Thank you for your question. Nkx-2.5 Antibody (A-3): sc-376565 has only been tested for detection of Nkx-2.5 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA.

Thank you for your question. We recommend a starting dilution of 1:100 for WB and 1:50 for IF/IHC for all the antibodies you listed.

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-376565 X be used instead of the standard form sc-376565?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from immunofluorescence analyisisUsed this antibody on mouse skin sections.It worked well at 1:250 dilution over night (immunofluorescence) with positive stainings of unmyelinated C-fibers, both in epidermis and dermis of the skin. Recommend use 10% serum blocking for 3 hours and 1:1000 dilution of secondary antibody,there are no background.
