NGFR p75抗体（B-1）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆NGFR p75抗体（也称为NGFR抗体、p75NTR抗体、TNFRSF16抗体或神经生长因子（NGF）受体抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的NGFR p75蛋白。NGFR p75抗体（B-1）既有非偶联形式的抗NGFR p75抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗NGFR p75抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Trk癌基因编码一种膜跨越蛋白酪氨酸激酶gp140Trk，其表达在体内仅限于来源于神经嵴的感觉脊髓和颅神经节的神经元。神经生长因子（NGF）刺激神经细胞系和胚胎背根神经节中Trk A的酪氨酸磷酸化。NGF对Trk的酪氨酸磷酸化作用迅速、特异，并且发生在皮摩尔量级的因子上，表明该反应是由生理量的NGF介导的，提示Trk A参与了NGF的主要信号转导机制。Trk A受体复合物的另一个组分NGFR p75以低亲和力与神经营养因子结合，但对于有效信号传导是必需的。NGFR p75加速Trk A的激活，并可能将下游效应分子募集到配体复合物中。

Hi, what is the best gel percentage for p75 to avoid having many bands? Also, which blocking solution do you use? BSA or Milk? And in which solution do you prepare the antibody?

Thank you for your question. As the molecular weight of p75 is 75 kDa it is recommended to use a gel percentage of 10%. For blocking and antibody dilution we use UltraCruz® Blocking Reagent (sc-516214)

Can this antibody also be used for FACS?

Hi! I wonder which is the best method for WB analysis. In particular which blocking solution do you use?

What is the recommended fixation method for IF with NGFR p75 (B-1): sc-271708 monoclonal antibody?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NGFR p75 antibody fo IHCI used this antibody for IHC on paraffin sectins. It works very well with a good positivecytoplasmic signal, anyway I recommend also the use of the corresponding blocking peptid, because it is possible to seea background signal.

The samples analyzed derive from human cancer cells known to be positive or negative for the p75 expression. As shown in the western blot, the antibody recognizes two bands: a specific band corresponding to 75 KDa (as expected) and an aspecific band at about 100 KDa (as expected). Western blot conditions: Blocking 5% Milk; Ab I 1:500 in tTBS Ab II 1:2000 anti-mouse in 3% Milk

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Western blot and IHC resultsI tried several anti-p75NGFR antibodies (also produced by different companies). However, this antibody is became my first choice. We tested sc-271708 on rat brain and human tissues, and it gives a clear and strong signal at 75 kDa, which corresponds to the mature glycosylated form of the receptor. A band at about 60 kDa is also present, corresponding to the immature form of the receptor. Depending on the physiopathological conditions, it is also possible to observe p75 cleavage products.
