NF-YB抗体（G-2）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆NF-YB抗体（也称为NF-YB抗体），能够通过WB, IP, IF, IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的NF-YB蛋白。NF-YB抗体（G-2）既有非偶联形式的抗NF-YB抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗NF-YB抗体，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。CCAAT结合因子NF-Y是一种异聚体转录因子，特异性结合于许多真核基因中的CCAAT序列。NF-Y由三个亚基组成：NF-YA、NF-YB和NF-YC。所有这三个组分对于DNA结合都是必需的。在每个NF-Y亚基中，形成NF-Y-DNA复合物所需的片段从酵母到人类都是保守的。这些保守片段与真核组蛋白的组蛋白折叠基序同源。已经表明，NF-YB和NF-YC亚基的DNA结合域通过蛋白质-蛋白质、组蛋白折叠"握手"基序以类似于组蛋白蛋白H2B和H2A的方式相互作用。

What is the condition for blocking and secondary antibody for western blotting?

Thank you for your question. We recommend UltraCruz® Blocking Reagent: sc-516214. For detection you can use one of our IgG1-specific secondary binding proteins such as the HRP-conjugated m-IgG1 BP-HRP: sc-525408.

I am using NF-YB (G-2): sc-376546 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
