What is the exact epitope recognized by this antibody? Human MTA1 has two isoforms which differ in C-terminus, thus information: “epitope mapping at the C-terminus of MTA1 of human origin” is not precise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from works well on IHCWe used it for IHC (1:70) on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sections of mouse testes. It works well, but there is unspecific staining in Sertoli cells (not blocked by peptide antigen, sc-9446 P). At least when we used Polymer Detection Kit and DAB for staining. It can be detected also by immunofluorescent secondary antibody.
