花生四烯酸在微粒体 CYP450 酶的作用下,通过所谓的环氧化酶途径转化为各种环氧化物、ω-1 和ω-羟基化合物。4 MS-PPOH 可抑制 CYP4A2 和 CYP4A3 酶形成花生四烯酸 11、12-环氧化物,IC50 值为 13 µM,但对 CYP4A1 的ω-羟化产物 20-HETE 的形成没有影响。
