MBP抗体（F-6）是一种IgG1 κ型小鼠单克隆MBP抗体，能够通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的MBP蛋白。MBP抗体（F-6）既可以以非偶联抗MBP抗体的形式提供，也可以提供为多种偶联形式的抗MBP抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。髓鞘碱性蛋白（MBP）是中枢神经系统髓鞘的主要外在膜蛋白。MBP在苏氨酸125位的磷酸化是一个复杂的调控过程，它调节着MBP对髓鞘稳定性的贡献。在髓鞘形成和脱髓鞘疾病多发性硬化症中，丝裂原活化蛋白激酶调节着MBP的磷酸化。MBP的磷酸化受到海马被髓鞘包裹的输出纤维即穹窿的高频刺激调节，但不受低频刺激的影响。据推测，在神经元活动增加期间，钙会激活轴突一氧化氮合酶，后者产生细胞间信使一氧化氮和超氧阴离子，并通过MAPK调节MBP的磷酸化状态。

Can this antibody be used for FACS of rat oligodendrocytes?

The conjugated primary antibody is recommended and warrantied for flow cytometry (FCM), however we are still gathering data to show on our website. Check back for updates!

is this antibody suitable for IF staining of human oligodendrocytes?

Can this antibody be used successfully to stain mouse tissue in IHC(P)?

Thank you for your question. Yes, this antibody is appropriate for IHC of paraffin-embedded mouse tissue. In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This antibody is currently available conjugated to HRP, PE, FITC, AF488 and AF647.
