LHX6抗体（A-9）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆LHX6抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的LHX6蛋白。LHX6抗体（A-9）既有非偶联的抗LHX6抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗LHX6抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。在发育过程中，遗传上不同的运动神经元亚型表达独特的LIM型同源结构域因子组合，这些因子调节细胞迁移并引导运动轴突建立轴突轨迹中二元选择的保真度。LIM基因家族编码一组携带LIM结构域的蛋白质，LIM结构域是一种独特的富含半胱氨酸的锌结合基序。LHX6（LIM同源盒6），也称为LHX6.1，是一种含有两个LIM锌结合结构域和一个同源盒DNA结合结构域的363个氨基酸的核蛋白。LHX6特异性表达于大脑中，被认为是一种转录调节因子，可能在淋巴细胞和神经细胞的发育和分化中发挥作用。此外，LHX6在头颈部癌中高度甲基化，可能是一种新的肿瘤标志物。由于选择性剪接事件，存在两种LHX6异构体，分别命名为LHX6.1A和LHX6.1B。

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-271433 X be used instead of the standard form sc-271433?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.
