LDH-A抗体（E-9）是一种IgG1κ小鼠单克隆LDH-A抗体（也称为LDHA抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测人源LDH-A蛋白。LDH-A抗体（E-9）有非偶联抗LDH-A抗体形式和多种偶联形式的抗LDH-A抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。乳酸脱氢酶家族（LDH）催化无氧糖酵解的最后一步，即L-乳酸和NAD转化为丙酮酸和NADH。LDH家族由三个成员组成，即LDH-A、LDH-B和LDH-C，它们都由四个亚基组成四聚体。然而，每个家族成员都表现出特定的组织分布模式，其中LDH-A和LDH-B在几种组织中占主导地位，特别是肌肉中的LDH-A和心脏中的LDH-B，而LDH-C的表达仅限于睾丸和精子。LDHs是生殖细胞肿瘤的有力标志物。编码人LDH-A和LDH-C的基因位于染色体11上，而人LDH-B基因位于染色体12上。LDH-A基因缺陷与运动性肌红蛋白尿有关。

I will be doing westerns on mouse retinal lysates and so what secondary antibody should be used for LDH-A(E-9) and should 5% milk be used for blocking?

Thank you for your question. This antibody has not yet been tested in mouse samples, so it is not currently a recommended species reactivity. Please check back for updates! LDH-A Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 (kappa light chain). We would recommend using our mouse IgG kappa binding protein (m-IgGκ BP) conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) sc-516102 as a secondary antibody for detection by ECL. We recommend blocking in 5% nonfat milk in TBST.

For doing IHC, what secondary antibody should I use? I have goat anti mouse Alexafluor and would like to know if I could use. Also what should i use for blocking?

Thank you for your question. LDH-A Antibody (E-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 so we recommend using a secondary antibody that is anti-mouse IgG or anti-mouse IgG1 for detection. For immunofluorescent detection, you could also use one of our CruzFluor conjugated secondary antibodies (mouse IgGk binding proteins). Can LDH-A (E-9): sc-137243 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, LDH-A (E-9): sc-137243 monoclonal antibody is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as phycoerythrin (sc-137243 PE), fluorescein (sc-137243 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-137243 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-137243 AF647).
