Can this antibody be used in both reducing and non-reducing immunoblots? Also, does this antibody have any function-blocking capabilities?

Thank you for your question. We have Western blot data using this antibody under both reducing, and non-reducing conditions. We are not aware of any data or product citations using this antibody for functional or blocking activity.

does this detect murine b1

Thank you for your question. This antibody is currently only recommended for human use, but it has not been tested on mouse samples. It may work, but can not be recommended for that use. Is Integrin β1 Antibody (K-20): sc-18887 available directly conjugated to HRP or fluorescent dyes?
