IGF2BP1 Antibody (D-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects IGF2BP1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-IGF2BP1 antibody (D-9) is available as a non-conjugated format. The Insulin-like Growth Factor 2 mRNA Binding Protein 1 (IGF2BP1), also known as coding region determinant-binding protein (CRD-BP), plays a crucial role in regulating RNA metabolism and stability, which is vital for cellular growth and differentiation. IGF2BP1 is predominantly located in the cytoplasm, where IGF2BP1 binds to specific mRNAs, including those for c-Myc and IGF-II, thereby influencing their translation and stability.
