Glutathione reductase Antibody (C-10)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆谷胱甘肽还原酶抗体（也称为GSR抗体、GLUR抗体、GRD1抗体、GR抗体或GRase抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的谷胱甘肽还原酶蛋白。Glutathione reductase Antibody (C-10)既可以是非偶联的抗谷胱甘肽还原酶抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗谷胱甘肽还原酶抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。谷胱甘肽还原酶，也被称为谷胱甘肽还原酶线粒体前体、GRase、GSR或GR，属于I类吡啶核苷酸-二硫化物氧化还原酶家族。该蛋白质的主要功能是在细胞质中维持高水平的还原型谷胱甘肽。谷胱甘肽还原酶在NADPH氧化的同时，将氧化型谷胱甘肽转化为还原型。谷胱甘肽还原酶可以定位于线粒体或细胞质，并能形成二硫键连接的同源二聚体。该蛋白质的活性部位是一个具有氧化还原活性的二硫键。

Application: Western blot Sample: whole lysate of human hepatocytes from Huh7 cell line Gel running conditions: reduced, denaturing, 12% SDS-PAGE Loading amount: 25 µg protein/lane Transfer: semi-dry, on nitrocellulose membrane (0.45 µm) Blocking agent: 5% milk in TBST buffer, for 1h, RT Primary antibody dilution- 1: 800 in 5% milk, for 16 h at 4°C Secondary antibody: non- Santa Cruz antibody anti-mouse-HRP, 1:10000 dilution in 5% milk, for 1h, RT Detection: ECL substrate (femto sensitivity) Exposure time: 4 sec Bands: specific, at 50 kDa; non-specific bands are absent.
