FUS/TLS抗体（H-6）是一种IgG1小鼠单克隆FUS/TLS抗体（也称为FUS/TLS抗体或hnRNP复合物TLS / FUS抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的FUS/TLS。FUS/TLS抗体（H-6）可以作为非偶联的抗FUS/TLS抗体形式，以及多种偶联形式的抗FUS/TLS抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。EWS和FUS/TLS是核RNA结合蛋白。由于染色体易位，EWS基因在人类肿瘤中与多种转录因子融合，包括ATF-1。在尤文氏瘤家族中，EWS的N末端结构域与各种Ets转录因子的DNA结合结构域融合，包括Fli-1、ETV1和FEV。EWS/Fli-1嵌合蛋白作为比Fli-1更有效的转录激活因子，可以促进细胞转化。在人类粘液样脂肪肉瘤和髓样白血病中，染色体易位导致FUS/TLS的N末端区域与CHOP的开放阅读框融合。在正常细胞中，FUS/TLS与核类固醇受体的DNA结合结构域结合，也存在于TFIID复合物的亚群中，表明FUS/TLS在激素诱导转录产生的初级转录本的加工中具有潜在作用。

Thank you for your question. The fluorescent conjugated versions of this antibody are listed in the "Ordering Information" table on this web page. The conjugated antibody concentration and volume is the same as the unconjugated primary antibody, 200 µg in 1 ml. For fluorescent tags, this antibody is available conjugated to FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 546, Alexa Fluor® 594 or Alexa Fluor® 647, and Alexa Fluor® 680 or Alexa Fluor® 790.
