ExactaCruz® Pasteur Pipette, Polystyrene, Individually Wrapped (also known as a dropper or eye dropper) is a laboratory handling tool used to transfer small quantities of liquids. Essentially, it is a plastic tube tapered to a narrow opening point at the lower end. The Pasteur Pipette is made of polystyrene with no graduations or plug. This plastic construction allows the long flexible stem to be bent, unlike glass pipettes that can easily be broken. Furthermore, they reduce costs by eliminating “sharps” disposal. They are supplied sterile and individually wrapped, so no autoclaving is necessary. Available in 5.75" or 9.75" lengths, they are excellent for use in all general laboratory applications including blood banks, hematology, chemistry, bacteriology, general life science, and industry.
